|¼ cup||unflavored gelatin|
|1 tbsp||Nescafe classic|
|3 tbsp||brown sugar|
|1 pack||NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 125ml|
|½ small can||condensed milk 108g|
1. Add gelatin to ¼ cup of water to bloom. Set aside.
2. Simmer ¾ cup of water with coffee and sugar. Stir in gelatin mixture. Gently simmer until dissolved. Pour into a container. Set aside to cool. Cut into cubes.
3. Combine NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and condensed milk. Place gelatin at the bottom of a serving glasses. Add pour cream mixture and shaved ice. Serve immediately.
