Mocha Ref Cake
|½ tsp||NESCAFÉ® Classic|
|½ cup||hot water|
|1 cup||chocolate chips|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract (optional)|
|½ small can||condensed milk 108g|
|1 pack||NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 125ml, chilled|
|12 pcs||graham crackers, crushed|
|3 tbsp||butter, melted|
- Dissolve NESCAFÉ® Classic in hot water and immediately add to chocolate chips. Set aside for 2 minutes. Add vanilla extract and condensed milk and mix well. Set aside to cool.
- Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar. Lightly press at the bottom of a serving container.
- Pour mocha cream and refrigerate overnight. Top with MILO® powder and serve well chilled.
